1. compile your word list

2. put the word list in Paradigm so the tokens will be randomized and repeated automatically. You can specify to have the tokens transit with a pre-set time interval or have the transition self-pased manual for Paradigmmannual

3. record the participants

4. annotate the recording using Praat manual and then use Mietta's "save labeled interval to small wav file" to extract target tokens
